$8000 Tax Credit Extended!
The $8000 tax credit has been extended through June 30, 2010. To take advantage
of the tax credit you must have a contract in place by May 1, 2010 and close by
July 1, 2010. The extension also opened the door for current homeowners that have owned
a primary residence for the past 5 years. If you sale your current home and purchase
a new home by the same dates above, you may qualify for a $6500 tax credit. We
