This is one (actually two) of those situations. Derek Ketchie closed on the
purchase of our home in June/July 2008 and then we used Derek again to refinance
house a few months ago. I deal with consumer real estate policies and procedures
within retail and consumer associates and customers. I deal with customer service
issues daily. It was so nice to know that I didn’t have to worry about my application/mortgage
process. Derek was in constant communication with my wife and myself. He was
always quick to respond to my phone or email messages. Most of the time a step
ahead by informing what was going to happen and as it happened.
