A native of Greenville, South Carolina for 40 years, Vince has seen Greenville grow from a small town to what it is today. After earning a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of South Carolina in 1990, Vince has worked in various concentrations of real estate finance throughout his career. In 1997, Vince created Schmidt Mortgage Corporation to develop and grow a local company that was consumer oriented by helping individuals make educated financial decisions that best accomplished their personal and/or family goals. Over the past 10 years, Schmidt Mortgage Corporation has grown to become a full service mortgage lender offering a full product line of loan programs to fit the consumer’s needs. Vince is committed to providing a professional atmosphere and experience staff that will live up to the most stringent ethical standards. Vince’s personal interests include going to the lake with his family, motocross riding with his son, flying and watching college football. |
